The client pays you directly. Nothyma keeps an agreed introduction fee for finding and booking the work. Clear and simple.
If you are building up
We agree a rate per job in advance, and you get booked as work comes in. No surprises, ever.

How do I get paid?
For most jobs the client pays you directly and Nothyma keeps an agreed introduction fee for finding and booking the work. If you are still building up, we agree a rate per job in advance instead. It is kept simple and clear.
Do I need to be self-employed?
Yes. You will work as a self-employed sole trader, which is free to register with HMRC. If you are not set up yet, we will point you in the right direction.
Am I tied in?
No. You take the jobs you want and set your own availability. There is a simple agreement so everyone knows where they stand, including that clients stay with Nothyma.
What areas do you cover?
Right now, Leicester & Leicestershire and the towns nearby. If you are close and can travel, we would love to hear from you.
Do I need my own kit and insurance?
You bring your own tools. Public liability insurance is inexpensive and worth having, and we can point you to options.
How much work will I get?
It depends on your availability and the styles you offer. The more flexible you are, the more we can send your way.
